The gym only offered me empty promises…

I ran the cardio machine to the ground, used the legs and calves bench, worked the squats like they were going out of style and did a handful of other workouts for at least 5-6 months. And you know what happened to my butt…?

It starred right back at me in the mirror as if to say, “you think just because you went to the gym & got a trainer, I was going to look any different…?” Oooo, i felt like a thermostat about to pop!

It didn’t take long for me to realize that the numerous so-called “butt exercises” that they were showing me at the gym was obviously not living up to the promises they made. I was now thinner up top, but the same down below, which in turn made my butt look even bigger!

Shortly after my discouraging experience of wasting months trying to lose butt fat at the gym, my only other option was to do as you do… Search online. So I did a search for something like “exercises to lose butt fat” and got all sorts of results.

Most of info that came up were more like, lose belly fat,lose stomach, lose abdominal fat etc… By now I knew a little too well that exercises to lose butt fat compared to exercises to lose fat anywhere else on the body had to be quite different & specific. So I just continued to look around.

I was very willing to do the work that it takes and be consistent, as long as there was specialized, expert methods out there that I could find, and that worked.

My only issue is that the guide is digital and I had to ask my nephew “skinny” (who helped me put this site together) to show me how to print a copy from the laptop. A small sacrifice for real results…

So just to summarize this short post, you definitely need way more than just every-day butt exercise tips (however good they might seem to be) to be successful . It’s a very in depth program, specializing only in lower body re-shaping. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone serious and want to know the best way to lose butt fat.
