When it comes time to Lose Buttocks Fat, it’s important to realize that just because you join a gym and even work with a trainer (someone who is only used to assisting people in general physical training & not specific areas of the body), that somehow, you’re going to magically get that nice bum bum you’ve been dreaming about…

I still remember it like yesterday, when I  joined a popular workout gym for the first time,  just about 3 years ago in L.A. California.

They recommended that I sign up with one of the trainers there, who really knew how to workout. But what I really needed was a “butt expert”, someone who really knew about butt workout.

Don’t get me wrong, the trainer that worked with me was a great person who was just about as excited for me as I was, it’s just that he was limited when it came to exercises to lose butt fat.

You see, it wasn’t until I came across Joey Atlas’  Lower Body Makeover, that I discovered the hundreds of specific muscle groups in the lower body & the “7 exercises that MUST be done without weight”.

Anyway, we did all sorts of common exercises to lose butt fat including some cardio, weights and various other every-day routines. And after all that, there were hardly any results. I remember being so frustrated & feeling like it was hopeless…

At my age, it really didn’t take much for me to feel overwhelmed either, I mean, we did so many different exercises to lose but fat that I was sure there couldn’t possible be any other technique that we didn’t know of. Well…little did I know.

So there I was spending money on memberships and personal trainers that got the rest of my body in better shape, but did Nothing for my stiff-necked butt! My membership at the gym lasted about 5 months or so after I finally decided to cancel it, since I wasn’t getting anywhere.

I hated to say goodbye to my trainer because he really tried to help me lose butt fat and thought he knew enough about butt workout. I couldn’t help feeling like I sort of let him down too. It was aweful, ughhh…

I hadn’t given up entirely though, as mentioned before, there was still a chance to look for information on how to lose butt fat & butt exercise expertise that I just knew had to be out there. And as you already know, I finally found it!

After trying diets, workouts, personal training and months of exercise that did Nothing, I came across Joey’s amazing lower body makeover program. And the best part was that it actually worked incredibly well! Sure, it took time and persistence.

But it WORKED!!! I’m still using his wonderful program to lose even more butt fat, and get this…two of my closest girlfriends are using it too. They just couldn’t stand back and watch me without finding out where,why and how’s…
